Our management services include:

• Regular visits to the property – scheduled drop-in visits to collect mail, operate and check all utility systems (water, electricity, air conditioning, internet, etc.), and ensure that everything is in order.

• Ongoing maintenance and cleaning – home cleaning, repairs, landscaping, security, laundry, exterior cleaning, special maintenance needs, and more. We schedule, coordinate with vendors, oversee workers, and provide you with updates as needed.

• Preparation for occupancy – prepare the property for your care-free arrival with a variety of offerings, including cleaning, laundry, linen changing, groceries, flowers, and more.

• Manage subscriptions for utilities and insurance – manage subscriptions for electricity, gas, internet, property insurance, and more. Beyond keeping you updated and handling any communications with service providers, we will also conduct negotiation on your behalf to provide the most attractive packages.

• Furniture and appliance purchasing – we use our experience in the Israeli market to assist you in finding and purchasing electrical appliances, furniture, decorative pieces, etc. to meet your practical and stylistic desires.

• Consistent updates – we keep you apprised on an ongoing basis of any information pertaining to your property. This includes updates on care/maintenance, weather impact, local construction/innovations, significant changes to the Israeli real estate market, and more.
